Valentine's Day is the perfect day to snuggle up with the kiddos and a good book. These books are definitely cuddle-worthy.

A book of witty love-themed knock-knock jokes. Great for your budding comedian.








Mole's In Love {David Bedford}
Morris the Mole is looking for love in this warm and humorous story. He knows exactly what he's searching for, he just can't see very well. He encounters a horse, a pig and a duck along the way but finally finds his perfect match.








The Story of Valentine's Day {Nancy Skarmeas}
A book sharing the reasons we celebrate Valentine's Day, including a history lesson.










Ballad of Valentine {Alison Jackson}
A fun spoof of "Clementine," this book can be read or sung.









Berenstain Bears' Funny Valentine  {Stan & Jan Berenstain}

  3. Thank you for this list!  I am not good at finding theme books for my kids, I tend to always go with what we already have.  It would be nice to have a few of these on hand over the next couple of weeks!
